*COVID-19 UPDATE:

PLEASE NOTE: We have no more updates on shipment tracking than what is visible on your tracking link. If we contact the postal carrier, they are directing us to the status as listed on the tracking. Postal delays are to be expected, and in some cases are very lengthy (and are out of our control) and we appreciate your patience. We are still doing our best to drop off orders within 24-48 hours to minimize any delays - once the package has been passed on to be shipped, we don't have any control over the delivery timeframe. All delivery timeframes given by postal carriers are no longer guaranteed. Please note that our usual delivery time frames listed in our shipping tabs and below in black font will likely incur delays on top of this timeframe.

USA ORDERS:

We are OPEN for orders and shipping as usual (dropping off packages within 24-48 hours to be shipped!) DHL Express shipments have been paused at this time - please email us at hello@bluepawco.com if you require Express Shipping. Please anticipate USPS delays that are out of our control, due to the increased number of shipments within their network, a reduction in available flights, and the health and safety of postal and courier staff. These delays may be up to 1-7 business days or more on top of our usual estimated delivery times posted below and at checkout. We are still doing our best to get your packages off to the courier within 1-2 business days as usual. We appreciate your patience during this time.

CANADA ORDERS:

These delays may up to 7+ business days or more on top of our usual estimated delivery times posted below and at checkout. We are still doing our best to get your packages off to the courier within 1-2 business days as usual. We appreciate your patience during this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We have resumed shipping to international destinations, although postal carriers are experiencing EXTREME delays outside of out control. If placing an order, please anticipate lengthy delays and that the package could take 1 - 2 months + to arrive. The delays are caused due to a reduction in flights and lengthy shipping carrier delays and delivery timeframes. We appreciate your patience. We have included DHL Express as a shipping option if you need the package sooner and are unable to wait.

Our order processing time generally takes 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Vancouver, Canada. We do our best to drop orders off for shipping within 24 hours of the order being received. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please note that once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. USA Orders

  • US Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD
  • US DHL Express Shipping: $23.99 USD (1-2 Business Days)
  • Orders of $75 USD or more enjoy free standard shipping!
  • Standard transit times vary between 3-9 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address. Shipments to rural addresses, or Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories can also require extra transit time.
  • For signature confirmation, it is an extra $3.00 USD. If you have been experiencing issues with parcels and packages being stolen or undelivered at your address, we recommend purchasing signature confirmation. 
  • Packages are couriered to the USA and shipped via USPS or UPS

Canada Orders

  • British Columbia and Alberta Standard Shipping: $7.99 USD (if checking out in CAD, the CAD currency equivalent will be displayed at checkout)
  • Rest of Canada Standard Shipping: $8.99 USD (if checking out in CAD, the CAD currency equivalent will be displayed at checkout)
  • Express shipping via Purolator and/or UPS is available - please email us at hello@bluepawco.com with your shipping address and items you'd like to order for a quote and we can create a custom order for you.
  • Orders of $75 USD or more (before taxes) enjoy free standard shipping! (If checking out in CAD, the CAD currency equivalent of $75 USD will automatically display a free shipping option at checkout)
  • Standard transit times vary between 2-10 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address. Shipments to rural addresses or NL/Canadian Territories can require extra transit time. 

    International Orders (Worldwide)

    • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. 
    • International DHL Express Shipping: $55.99 USD (Approx. 2-4 Business Days)
    • We offer Canada Post and Asendia (to select International destinations) as standard shipping options. 
    • Canada Post: Please note Small Packet International Air does not include tracking. All other Canada Post shipping options include tracking. Most options offer standard transit times between 6-10 business days.
    • Asendia standard transit times vary between 10-22 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address - we have noticed it is around 3 weeks on average, but this does vary depending on the destination address, destination country's customs procedures, or possible carrier delays that are out of our control
    • We always provide tracking when available - some destinations may only provide partial tracking or no tracking - or if Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, no tracking is provided.
    • Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are NOT included in the shipping price
    • It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt. We are unable to mark any shipments as a "gift". 
    • If you notice that your package has been in customs for an extended period of time on your tracking, please contact your local customs office for an update as they may require information from you to release the package. In order to avoid shipments being returned to us, please contact them if you have not heard from them.
    • Germany orders: We have noticed several of our shipments to Germany being taken into customs for review which can take several weeks for them to release the package. Please note that this is out of our control. 

    International Customs

    • Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates
    • It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt
    • Blue Paw Co. is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur at customs upon entering your country
    • If your package is delayed at customs for an extended period of time, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number on hand for an update
    • There may be the possibility of customs holding your package until import duties and fees are paid for by the receiver
    • Please consult your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes

    Shipping Terms & Conditions

    Blue Paw Co. cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 

    Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
