Our order processing time generally takes 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Vancouver, Canada, within 24-48 hours of being processed, unless otherwise specified. We do our best to drop orders off for shipping within 24 hours of the order being received. Delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, or customs/postal delays.
Please note that once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order.

- British Columbia and Alberta Standard Shipping: $7.99
- Rest of Canada Standard Shipping: $8.99

International Orders (Worldwide)
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
- Orders of $125 or more enjoy free standard shipping!
- We offer Canada Post and Asendia (to select International destinations) as shipping options.
- Canada Post: Please note Small Packet International Air does not include tracking. All other Canada Post shipping options include tracking. Most options offer standard transit times between 6-10 business days.
- Asendia standard transit times vary between 10-22 business days (approx.) depending on the delivery address - we have noticed it is around 3 weeks on average, but this does vary depending on the destination address, destination country's customs procedures, or possible carrier delays that are out of our control
- We always provide tracking when available - some destinations may only provide partial tracking or no tracking - or if Canada Post Small Packet International Air is selected, no tracking is provided.
- Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are NOT included in the shipping price
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt. We are unable to mark any shipments as a "gift".
- If you notice that your package has been in customs for an extended period of time on your tracking, please contact your local customs office for an update as they may require information from you to release the package. In order to avoid shipments being returned to us, please contact them if you have not heard from them.
- Germany orders: We have noticed several of our shipments to Germany being taken into customs for review which can take several weeks for them to release the package. Please note that this is out of our control.
- Customs, import tax, duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping rates
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs & import fees upon arrival/receipt
- Blue Paw Co. is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur at customs upon entering your country
- If your package is delayed at customs for an extended period of time, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number on hand for an update
- There may be the possibility of customs holding your package until import duties and fees are paid for by the receiver
- Please consult your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes

Blue Paw Co. cannot be held liable for lost packages or any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
